2nd INMC conference in VITORIA-GASTEIZ - March 2019

Following an on-line voting by the member cities, the city of VITORIA-GASTEIZ (SPAIN), certified Green City in 2012, has been selected to host the 2nd INMC conference which will be held from the 27th to 29th of March 2019.
